I believe God gave me a gift to create original art. With support and praise from family, friends and peers, I started LimeLight Graphics.
I began my career in commercial graphic art in 1989 when I set up a screen-printing company as an artist/part-owner. Later I worked in the pre-press and off set printing industry. I specialized in design and original illustration and soon incorporated digital mediums.
Thus, I broadened my abilities to include most art mediums. I have designed, manufactured, and printed General Motors fleet and commercial flags, Baxter Health care metaphoric learning maps, Gibson Guitars 100th anniversary print, the Green Bay Packers '96 season and super bowl designs and custom designs for Miller Beer, MDA, SummerFest, Thin Lizzy, the Chicago tourist market, and many other local events. I have designed art for the US Screen Printing Institute and the Screen Graphic Imaging Association. More recently Limelight has done work for the Chicago Bears 2oth anniversary Super Bowl chopper and the Volo Auto Museum. Starting in spring 2009, Limelight has been working with Mr. Norm's Garage who created a project that was shelved by Dodge 40 years ago. It was a honor and a privilege to letter and gold leaf & recreate the obsolete stickers for Mr. Norm's 1971 Super Demon 440.
I attended a pinstriping class with one of the nation's most recognized pinstripe artists, Bob Bond. Bob has published my portfolio and airbrush designs from helmets, cars and motorcycles in the Reader Spotlight of Auto Art Magazine.
I have received positive feedback about my work from graphics industry leaders. Comments such as killer, original, and great use of color have been motivational forces driving Limelightgraphics to new levels.
Limelight would be happy to consider your custom art, paint or screen print requests.
